Light colored clothing & freshly bathed is suggested to maximize the benefits from your session. T-shirt and Shorts is best for the waters and smudge to touch the skin. Please avoid all stimulants prior to your session. After receiving energy work it is ideal not to shower at least 24 hours after your session to allow the energies to continue to do their work. For Shamanic Journey sessions arriving with a small offering to your spiritual team is highly suggested.

My mission in my work is to restore ancestral connection to the modern world and teach traditional healing modalities that our ancestors once practiced while honoring the world of the gods so we may live our lives with intention, honor and evolution. I am devoted to providing a safe, nourishing space so my clients can release and reclaim their divinity.

I work with the laws of nature, ancestors & the world of the gods. My training in healing work comes from kemet and misoamerica. The core of my work is based traditional human spirituality. I only ask that you arrive with an open mind.

Arriving freshly bathed, set your own personal intention & in a long dress or skirt. You cannot steam while on your menstrual cycle, or have a current IUD birth control form or an active herpes infection. If you are trying to conceive please ensure you are not ovulating when coming in for your steam.

This is completely unique to each client. For Aligned Spirit & Spiritual Mentorship clients usually commit to weekly session for at least 3 months & then drop down to 2x month or as needed. For Energy Work 3-4 sessions is suggested when first starting energy cleansing after that you can come in once a month, once a quarter or what ever feels best for you. For those who are seeking deeper specific results more session may be needed. Clients who begin working with me usually end up being lifelong clients because as spiritual beings we are always shifting and evolving which we at times require some support in navigating the path. You may also ask during your first sessions & we can allow your spiritual team to decide.
