I’m Erika Medina — a Spiritual Coach, Mentor, and Shamanic Practitioner devoted to guiding those who are ready through deep, multidimensional healing. Through Inner Her Alchemy, I support clients in transforming spiritual disconnection, generational trauma, and emotional pain into embodied wholeness, spiritual balance, and sacred alignment.

My path has been anything but linear. I was born into a lineage rich with spiritual duality — shaped by Christianity, folk magic, and mystical gifts that were both praised and feared. At 18, during a time in which I was searching for the truth of "why am I here", I had a life-altering conversation with my grandmother who told me, “This is a gift from God. Use it to help people.” That moment changed everything for me about my purpose on why I was here on earth.

But my healing journey truly began when life unraveled. I was heavily trapped in the colonial world that teaches to value everything outside of yourself. Through my journey of childhood sexual trauma, postpartum hardship, and the collapse of my first business, I found myself at rock bottom — homeless, spiritually fractured, and facing legal battles that could have taken everything. I lived in constant fight-or-flight, detached from my own soul, consumed in my own pain, barley making it day to day. I was so angry, so ashamed, so tired of living that way. And then Spirit asked me to surrender.

And I did.

 

I turned inward. I shut out the busy world. I got still, prayed for direction, clarity, for my ancestors to guide me back to myself. And slowly, I began to rebuild — from the inside out. I found the right teachers and mentors. I faced the shadows that haunted me. I began healing my womb, my heart, my lineage. I stopped running from my problems. I started remembering why I became.

My being began to live in the moment, I felt safe to be myself, I didn't feel the need to please any person besides my ancestors.

​

From this sacred fire, Inner Her Alchemy was born — not just as a business, but as a soul mission to help others reclaim their purpose, power, and healing. My offerings are based from the lifetime of mentorship, traditional training and personal life experience. What you will find at Inner Her Alchemy is one of a kind.
